- The Jupiter area bridges the entire spectrum of home costs. You can find small
condos at $200,000, homes from $300,000. Interior waterfront homes start at about
$1 million, and homes near the ocean start near $2.5 million.
- This is a fisherman's paradise. The Gulf Stream's offshore fishing is one mile
East. Freshwater fish are in the Loxahatchee River which literally runs through the
center of Jupiter.
- Golf and Tennis communities are almost as easy to find here as a good fishing spot.
- If you're a baseball fan, the World Series Champs "Marlins" and St. Louis Cardinals
train at Roger Dean stadium. The new Abacoa subdivision is being built adjacent to the stadium.
- Maybe best of all is that Jupiter is a relatively quiet small town that is far
enough from West Palm, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, etc. so that we don't have to
cope with the typical frantic nature of big city living - but we're close enough to
be able to take advantage of all the assets. For example, the Kravis Center for the
performing arts is barely a half hour away.
